Volunteers enrich our services and make a difference in the lives of children and families by giving of their time, skills, dedication and enthusiasm.
At The George Hull Centre, volunteers are used primarily in three main areas:
- The Ontario Early Years Centre, a universal program for children from birth to age 6 and their caregivers. Click here to read more about the program.
- The Highfield Community Enrichment Project (Better Beginnings, Better Futures), is a school-based primary prevention program working with children, birth to 8 years of age, their families and the local Highfield community. Click here to read more about the project.
- Research and Program Evaluation, undertaking data collection, entry and analysis.
Volunteers are required to have a vulnerable sector criminal reference check and a current medical certificate.
